What we shoot in Pace

Pace is one of the fastest-growing areas in Santa Rosa County, and nearly every shoot we do here is tied to new construction, builder subdivisions turning over lots every few weeks, with agents who list several homes a month rather than one at a time. That volume changes what agents need from us: consistency and speed matter more than any single dramatic shot.

Because Pace agents are often competing on how many listings they can turn around, fast scheduling and fast delivery are the whole value proposition here. We've built our Pace workflow around getting a standard subdivision home shot and delivered without agents having to chase us for it, book, shoot, done, photos in the inbox the next morning.

Scheduling & logistics in Pace

Pace is about 30-35 minutes from our N Palafox St studio, usually via Highway 90 through Milton. Because most Pace work is subdivision new-construction, we can often batch multiple nearby listings into one trip, which keeps costs down for agents who list frequently in the same builder communities. Afternoon light in open subdivisions with young landscaping can be harsh, so we favor mid-morning slots when possible.
