Pricing
Photo packages are matched to the home's square footage. A $50 deposit holds the shoot date, and the balance is due after the shoot.
Listing photos (for sale or long-term rental): 25 photos up to 2,000 sq ft for $190; 35 photos from 2,001 to 4,000 sq ft for $230; 45 photos from 4,001 to 6,000 sq ft for $260. Homes over 6,000 sq ft get a custom quote.
Vacation rental photos: $265 up to 2,000 sq ft; $315 from 2,001 to 4,000 sq ft; $365 from 4,001 to 6,000 sq ft.
Daytime drone photos: $150 added to a photo package, or $200 on their own.
Twilight photos with dusk aerials: $279 added to a photo package, or $300 on their own.
Listing highlight reel (30-45 second vertical video, no agent on camera): $249 added to a photo package, or $289 on its own.
Whole home walkthrough video: $139 added to a photo package, or $169 on its own.
Aerial drone video: $199 added to a photo package, or $229 on its own; $50 off when booked with drone photos.

Standard delivery is within 24 hours of your shoot. You will receive a downloadable link via email once your images are ready.
How should I prepare the property for a shoot?
Please declutter all visible spaces, clean countertops, make the beds, turn off ceiling fans, and remove pets or pet items. Open all blinds, turn on all lights, and remove personal items from bathrooms.
Do you photograph both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We offer photography services for residential listings, vacation rentals, luxury homes, and commercial properties including office spaces, retail, restaurants, and more.
How far in advance should I book?
Shoots can be booked 3 or more days out to ensure availability. We may be able to accommodate last-minute requests, just give us a call at (850) 397-9710.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?
If weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, or high winds are expected to significantly impact the quality of your photos, we will reach out to reschedule at no additional cost.
